Super Smooth and Soft Agent TY-981 is a new product which is researched by our company and Nanjing University. This is a special high-content silicone emulsion which is applied to the handle finishing of cotton ,nylon,can obtain excellent soft and smooth a style.

Appearance: Colorless transparent micro-emulsion

Ionic: Weak cationic

pH: 5.5 ~ 6.5 (1% Aqueous solution)

Solubility: Can be dispersed in any proportion/ratio with water

Dilute by ratio 1:5 to 1:8 with water. The dilute solution presents transparent emulsion form. It performs good penetration and good affinity to fabrics;

It endows the cotton, nylon fabric smooth, soft handle feeling;

The working liquid is steady, can be used together with other auxiliaries with cationic or nonionic charscteristics;

It has little effect on the shade of textiles.

Dilute(Recommend use tap water, better not by river water)

Dilute by cold water:Ratio 1:6.Add half of desired water into the container, then adding TY-981 with stirring, keep for 5min, then add another half part of water, keep stirring for around 5mins, till the solution is transparent emulsion. Then stop stirring, filter and ready for use.

If apply on finishing treatment,can following conventional process. For continuous process, one dipping on padding or twice dipping twice padding at room temperature, dosage is 20-50g/L based on 1:6 diluted emulsion, for thick and heavy fabric. For exhaustion, dilute ratio 1:6, dosage is 3-6%(o.w.f), keep for 20mins at room temperature, then dewater and dry. For actual application, please adjust according to preliminary trials.

50kg or 120kg plastic barrel, warehouse of cool and ventilated , storage period of six months,should prevent freezing in winter.
