TY-302 has specific oil-removing effect on polyester fabric or other fabrics due to its excellent properties of wetting, dispersing, emulsifying with low foaming. It also has the concurrent effect of desizing and scouring that could improve fabric’s whiteness and handle, and shorten the processing time needed. It can also eliminate the oil and aggregation on dyeing or printing equipment.

Mainly used to remove oil in pretreatment of polyester fabric, as well as for oil-removing, scouring, desizing, cleaning of other fabrics and as detergent for dyeing or printing equipment.

Used in pretreatment of various kinds of fabrics:

Dilute at a ratio 1:4

Dosage:2-4g/L

Temperature: 120℃-130℃( for polyester fabric),95℃-98℃(for other fabric)

Holding time:30-40 min

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

120 Kg or 200 Kg plastic barrel, can be stored for 12months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
