Ionicity: Anionic/Nonionic

1.Has excellent properties of wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and penetrating with low foaming.

2.Can easily remove dirts and oil. It also can remove the sizing.

3.Can impart the fabric with soft hand feeling after treating.

4.Has good alkali-resistant property, won’t weaken its penetration power in up to 100g/L caustic soda.

5.Has good stability and compatibility with anionic/nonionic auxiliaries.

Mainly used for the scouring pretreatment of continuous or cold-pad-batch. Process for cotton and its blends.

1. Continuous desizing and scouring steaming process:

TY-311:4-8g/L NaOH:40-60 g/L

Steaming: 60-90 mins Temperature:98-102℃

2.Cold pad batch process

TY-311:4-8g/L NaOH:40-70 g/L

H2O2: 10-15g/L Stabilizer:6-10g/L

Cold batch: 16-24h, Temperature: 35℃,Steaming, Alkali washing,Hot water washing.

3.Alkali-peroxide one batch method (Exhaust)

TY-311:0.5-1 g/L NaOH:2-5 g/L H2O2: 1.5-3g/L 95-98℃, 40-60mins

For actually application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.

120Kg or 200Kg plastic barrel, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
