Macromolecule polymer with special reactive groups

1. Can remarkably improve the soaping, washing, perspiration, and seawater fastness, especially fastness to hot water.

2. Performs obvious fastness enhancement to low and high temperature washing on dyed fabric by reactive dyestuff with scarlet, coffee, deep black.

3. No effect to color tone, it is same of fixed and unfixed fabric.

4. No effect to handle of fabric and hydrophilicity.

5. It is eco-friendly, without free or combined formaldehyde.

Specialized on reactive dyestuff dyeing and printing fixing treatment, especially suitable on fabrics with high requirement to soaping fastness, high temperature fastness.

1. Dipping:

Dilute at a ratio of 1:3

Usual dosage: 1~4% (o.w.f)

PH: 3-7

Temperature: 40℃-60℃

Time: 20~30 min

2. Padding:

Usual dosage: 10~30g/L

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.

120kg or 200kg plastic barrel, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic conditions.
