Description:

TY-936 is a novel linear, polydimethylsiloxane-amino poly alkylene oxide copolymer. It has high performance of softness and full hand feel compared with the other common blocking silicon oil. It has the self-emulsification, outstanding stability at the high temperatures. TY-936 delivers a soft, silky and full hand feel to various fabrics, especially the plush fabric, such as polyester coral flocking, blanket and so on. It has high performance on price ratio compared with the other common blocking silicon oil.

Properties and Features:

Dilution Method:

Formulation:TY-936:120kg;Glacial acetic acid:3-4kg;

Operation Process:

Add TY-936 in the stirring kettle, start the high speed dispersion machine, add the glacial acetic acid , then slowly add the first 120kg water, after diluted sufficiently into pasty , then add the other water according to the rate you need, stirring for 5-10min,can filter and packing. 

Dosage:

Diluted TY-936 at a rate of 1:10

Dipping process:  the diluted TY-936: 3~5 %  (o.w.f)

Padding process:  the diluted TY-936: 30~50 g/L 

Packaging:

120kg or 200kg plastic barrel, warehouse of cool and ventilated, storage period of 12 months, should prevent freezing in winter.
