Description:

New Type Bright and Smooth Agent TY-881 is a new product which is researched by our company and Nanjing University.This is a special high-content silicone emulsion which is applied to the handle finishing of all kinds of fabrics, especially suitable on polyester and cotton, can obtain excellent soft and smooth style.

Technical Index:

Appearance: milky white emulsion

Ionic: weak cationic

pH: 5.5 ~ 6.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: can be dispersed in any proportion/ratio with water

Product Features:

(1) Endow the heavy fabric more excellent smooth and bright feeling.

(2) It can be absorbed by the textiles rapidly and evenly deposited on the surface and inside of the fibers.

(3) It endows the various fiber textiles fastness to wash with lasting smooth, soft, bulky, suitable and full handle feeling.

(4) The working liquid is steady, can be used together with other auxiliaries with cationic or nonionic charscteristics.

(5) It has little effect on the shade of textiles

Application Method:

(1) Dilute (Recommend use tap water, better than river water)

Dilute by cold water:Ratio 1:6.Add half of desired water into the container, then adding TY-881 with stirring, keep for 5mins, then add another half part of water, keep stirring for around 5mins, till the solution is white emulsion. Then stop stirring, filter and ready for use.

(2) If apply on finishing treatment: can following conventional process. For continuous process, one dipping one padding or twice dipping twice padding at room temperature, dosage is 20-50g/L based on 1:6 diluted emulsion, for thick and heavy fabric. For exhaustion, dilute ratio 1:6, dosage is 3-6%(o.w.f), keep for 20mins at room temperature, then dewater and dry. For actual application, please adjust according to preliminary trials.

Packaging:

120kg or 200kg plastic barrel, warehouse of cool and ventilated, storage period of 12 months, should prevent freezing in winter.
