Aliphatic Quaternary Compound

It is very suitable in softening on pure cotton and its blend fabric. Treated fabric shows soft and smooth hand feel;

It performs very good anti-static property;

It has little effect to color shade on finished fabric.

It is suitable in finishing treatment by exhaustion and/or continuous on cotton, linen etc natural fabric and other synthetic fabric.

Emulsion preparation: Recommend ratio of TY-180 and water 1:20, also can adjust according to preliminary trials.

Prepare method: Put 2/3 quantity of desired cold water to the container, then add softener flake to the container slowly with stirring, keep stirring for 5-10mins,raise temperature with stirring till temperature to 60℃-70℃，keep temperature and stirring for 60mins, then add the rest 1/3 water into the container, stir till temperature below 40℃，thus can avoid surface of the solution clotted. Filter the solution and ready for use.

Exhaust process: Dosage is 2-8% of the solution (o.w.f)

Temperature:25-40℃

Time:15-30mins

Continuous process: Dosage 20-50g/L of the solution, padding at room temperature then dry.

25kg net in pp bag, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
