Application Method: | 1, Charge TY-948, Emulsifier and glacial acetic acid mix well till fully homogeneous. 2. Slowly add the water solution to the silicone/surfactant blend while mixing. Avoid stiring too much air into the mixture. 3. Filter into the containers. | ||||||||
