The TY-850 is composed of special wax emulsion, which has excellent lubricating ability. It can be used for the lubrication of various fibers and fabrics.

1. Endow the yarn lubrication, smooth, silky handle feeling
2. It can protect yarn strength and reduce breakage rate effectively.
3. To avoid the formation of needle eye and improve the sewing ability of knitting fabric.
4. Has little influence on the whiteness and color fastness of fabric, suitable for white/light fabric.
5. Excellent emulsion stability.

Dipping process: TY-850 wax emulsion  1-3%(o.w.f).

Operation Process：30-40℃(dipping for 10 ~ 20 mins)-----dehydration-----drying

120kg or 200kg plastic barrel. Can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic conditions.
