TY-TSS is a new linear , polydimethylsiloxane-amino poly alkylene oxide copolymer . It has high performance of softness and smooth . It is particularly suitable for the plush fabric .It has the self-emulsification , outstanding stability at the high temperatures , very little yellowing. TY-TSS delivers a soft , silky and full hand feel to the plush fabric , such as flannel and so on . It has high performance on price ratio compared with other common block silicon oil .

Formulation : TY-TSS: 100kg ; Glacial acetic

acid : 3-4kg ;

Operation Process:

Add TY-TSS in the stirring kettle , start the high speed dispersion machine , add the glacial acetic acid , then slowly add the first 100 kg water , after diluted sufficiently into pasty , add the residual water , stirring for 5-10 min , can filter and packing .

Dosage(Diluted TY-TSS at a rate of 1:10)

Dipping process: the diluted TY-TSS : 3-5% (o.w.f)

Padding process: the diluted TY-TSS :30-50 g /L
