TY-SUS is a new type of block finishing agent with low anmmonia and high dispersion properties , which is more fluffy , soft , smooth and plump than traditional amino silicone . TY-SUS has low reaction with anions , can be used in the same bath with liquid disperse dyes , color pastes and thickeners , with little infiuence on shade . It can be applied to the finishing of ordinary fabrics , and also can be used in paddyeing of polyester fabrics , such as Shu velveteen , spandex super-soft fabric , flannel and other velvet fabrics with dyes and softeners in one bath .

1.It can be used separately or in combination with smoothing agents according to different requirements of fabric types . The finishing effect depends on the formulation and dosage . Normally used at 1-3% . When prepare the working fluid , water is added first according to the formula , then TY-SUS is added to make it evenly dispersed in the working fluid , the working fluid temperature is room temperature .

2.If use padding dyeing , after stirring the dyes and thickeners evenly , then add TY-SUS . During the process , keep the uniform stirring of the feeding tans to prevent the problem of stratified accumulation of disperse dyes .

3.Backing temperature : 100-120℃， Setting temperature :130-190℃，Pad dyeing setting temperature :190-220℃ .

120Kg or 200Kg plastic barrel , can be stored for 6 months in a cool and ventilated place .
