Description:

TY-958 is a functional silicone copolymer with a repeating block structure that combines several chemical entities in one linear molecule . Close to self-emulsifiable,TY-958 can be applide by spray but is particularly well suitied for exhaust applications , where its outstanding emulsion stability allows it to deliver full benefits to the end user. TY-958 is a newtextile auxiliary agent and its good permeability can deliver a hydrophilic , voluminous , silky hand to cotton fabrics especially  the towel at lower use levels than other products and very significantly.

Properties and Features:

▲Combines a silky feel and a rich , bulky hand for a unique and unusually powerful softness effect;

▲Does not alter the hydrophilic nature of cotton and cotton

▲If mix with the amino silicone oil , it will endow the cotton fabric more soft , silky and full hand feel;

▲Without IPA, the odor is free

▲Provides stretch recovery with a significant elastonmeric effect particularly on knits;

▲Almost self-emulsifiable ; can generate emulsions that possess extreme shear and PH stability(acid and alkaline);

▲Effectively solved the problem of demulstification and sticking to the roller .

Application Method:

1.Charge TY-958 , Emulsifier and glacial acetic acid mix well till fully homogeneous.

2.Slowly add the water solution to the silicone/surfactant blend while mixing. Avoid stiring too much air into the mixture.

3.Filter into the containers.

Dilution Method:

TY-958:emulsifier = 2:1

For example:

TY-958: 23.5g

Emulsifier: Tridecyl Alcohol 6EO Ethoxylate(TO6 Or TDA6):11.8 g

Or lsomeric Ten Alcohol 7EO Ethoxylate(XL70):11.8 g

Glacial Acetic Acid(100%) : 0.7g Water : 64g

Packaging:

Dipping process: the dilutde TY-958:2~4%(o.w.f)

Padding process:the diluted TY-958:20~40g/L
