TY-908 is the result of several years of surface chemistry research in our laboratories. It has the closed self-emulsification, outstanding stability at the high temperatures and very little yellowing .TY-908 delivers a soft, silky and full hand feel to cotton fabrics, such as knitted cotton and so on. It has high performance on price ratio compared with the other common blocking silicon oil.

Formulation:TY-908:100kg;emulsifier XL70:20 kg;Glacial acetic acid:4kg;Water:900kg.

Operation Process:

Add TY-908 in the stirring kettle, start the high speed dispersion machine, add the emulsifier and glacial acetic acid , then slowly add the first 200kg water, after diluted sufficiently into pasty ,add the residual 700kg water, stirring for 5-10min,can filter and packing.

Dipping process: the diluted TY-908: 3~5 % (o.w.f)

Padding process: the diluted TY-908: 10~30 g/L
