TY-927 is upgrade product of the traditional block silicone oil. Compared with the traditional block silicone oil, it is more softer, thus it is suitable for flannel and other fabrics with large weight. It has features as self-emulsification, no silicon spot, high-temperature resistance, etc. TY-927 can be used in fabric finishing, such as: polyester, chemical fiber, cotton, cotton blended, artificial fiber, viscose fiber, silk, wool, etc. It is especially suitable for dacron flannel, polar fleece, coral fleece, PV fleece, etc.

Appearance: Yellowish transparent viscous substance

Ionicity: Weak cation

Solubility: Dispersed in water in any proportion.

Padding Method: diluted product 20—40G/L

Dipping Method: diluted product 3—10%(o.w.f)

Packing and Storage: 120kg or 50kg plastic drum or according to customers' requirement.

Keep in cool and well-ventilated warehouse, and the shelf life is 12 months.
