Solubility Can Disperse Completely In 80? Water

It is very suitable in softening on pure cotton and its blend fabric. Treated fabric shows soft and smooth hand feel;

No affect to whiteness and color shade. It is especially suitable for treatment of bleached or white fabric;

It has little effect to color shade on finished fabric.

It is suitable in finishing treatment by exhaustion and/or continuous on cotton, linen etc natural fabric and other synthetic fabric.

Emulsion preparation: Recommend ratio of TY-182 and water 1:8-1:10, also can adjust according to preliminary trials.

Prepare method: Add the needed water to the container with stirring, raise temperature till temperature to 80?,add TY-182 , keep temperature and stirring for 60mins, then cool the product with stirring till temperature below 40?. Filter the solution and ready for use.

Recommended process and dosage:

Exhaust process: Dosage is 2-8% of the solution (o.w.f)

Temperature:25-40?

Time:15-30mins

Continuous process: Dosage 20-50g/L of the solution, padding at room temperature then dry.
