TY-938 is a quat functional silicone sopolymer with a repeating block structure that combines several chemical entities in one linear molecule.Close to self-emulsifiable,TY-938 can be applied by spray but is particularly well suited for exhaust applications,where its outstanding emulsion stability allows it to deliver full benefits to the end user. TY-938 is a new textile auxiliary agent designed to deliver a hydrophilic,voluminous,silky hand to all types of fabrics at lower use levels than other products and very significantly,to retain these performance attributes through several home laundry cycles.

◆Combines a silky feel and a rich, bulky hand for a unique and unusually powerful softness effect

◆Does not alter the hydrophilic nature of cotton and cotton blends

◆Increases the hydrophilicity of synthetics

◆If complexed with the amino silicone oil , it will endow the cotton fabric more soft, silky and full hand feel.

◆Very low yellowing, applied to the finishing of white fabrics;

◆Provides stretch recovery with a significant elastomeric effect particularly on knits;

◆Almost self-emulsifiable; can generate emulsions that possess extreme shear and pH stability (acid and alkaline);

◆Effectively solved the problem of demulsification and sticking to the roller

Tridecyl Alcohol 12EO Ethoxylate (TO12 0r TDA12):1.8g

Glacial Acetic Acid(100%) :0.4g

Sodium Acetate : 0.3g

Water:63.5g

Procedure:

1,Charge TY-938, Ethoxylate and Glacial Acetic Acid. Mix well till fully homogeneous.

2.Slowly add the water solution to the silicone/surfactant blend while mixing. Avoid stiring too much air into the mixture.

3.Filter into the containers.

Diluted TY-938

Dipping process: the diluted TY-938: 3~5 % (o.w.f)

Padding process: the diluted TY-938: 15~30 g/L
