TY-938 is the result of several years of surface chemistry research in our laboratories. TY-938 delivers a soft, silky and full hand feel to cotton fabrics with the hydrophilic property, such as knitted cotton and so on. It has the closed self-emulsification, outstanding stability at the high temperatures and very little yellowing. It has high performance on price ratio compared with the other common blocking silicon oil.

For example: TY-938 100kg, glacial acetic acid 3-4kg, emulsifier 25kg (XL or TO made from BASF),Mixed TY-938、emulsifier and glacial acetic acid together, start the high speed dispersion machine, stirring for 10min, then slowly add 200kgs water, then add the other water according to the rate you need.

Diluted TY-938 at a rate of 1:9

Dipping process: the diluted TY-938: 3~5 % (o.w.f)

Padding process: the diluted TY-938: 30~50 g/L

120kg or 200kg plastic barrel, warehouse of cool and ventilated, storage period of 12months, should prevent freezing winter.
