TY-111 is a polycarboxylic acid non-ironing finishing agent, which is completely free of formaldehyde. It is suitable for the non-ironing and finishing of the cotton woven fabric, its effect is close to 2D resin. The retention rate is slightly higher than 2D resin. In order to achieve a better no-iron effect, it needs to be matched with the catalyst WSHP (50% content) when used.

1.TY-111 is a polycarboxylic acid non-ironing finishing agent. The non-ironing effect of the finished cotton woven fabric can reach to grade 3.5.

2. Can mix with our silicone softener TY-500, the strength retention rate of fabric can reach to 70%.

1、The recommended dosage is as below:

Non-ironing agent TY-111: 150g/L

Catalyst WSHP (50% content):100g/L

Softener TY-CT500: 20g/L

Customers can also adjust the dosage of TY-111 and WSHP according to the specific product requirement.

2、Finishing process:

DP Finishing liquid (pick up ratio 60% - 80% ), dry (80-100 ℃), baking (160 ℃ * 3 min)

120kg or 200kg plastic barrel, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic conditions. If the temperature is too low, there will be solid precipitate, which need to be heated and dissolved before using.
