Product Introduction

TY-958 is a novel linear polysiloxane with multiple functional groups, which exhibits approximate self emulsifying properties. TY-958 can be applied to both immersion and rolling processes. TY-958 not only retains the hydrophilic properties of cotton fabrics, but also endows cotton fabrics, especially towel fabrics, with a softer, more fluffy feel due to its excellent permeability, thus providing high cost-effectiveness for end users.

Performance advantages

1. Endow cotton fabrics with excellent softness, smoothness, and full hand feel;

2. Retaining the hydrophilic properties of cotton fabric;

3. When used in combination with amino silicone oil, the hand feel is more delicate, soft, and smooth

4. Does not contain isopropanol and has no pungent odor;

5. Approximate self emulsification performance, shear resistance and pH resistance;

6. There are no issues such as sticking to rollers, floating oil, or emulsion breaking during use;

7. It can be used in combination with cationic and non-ionic softeners to significantly improve the overall performance of the softener

Packaged in 120kg or 200kg plastic drums, stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse for 12 months, and protected from freezing in winter.

Application performance

1. It can significantly improve the soap washing, water washing, sweat stain, and sea water fastness of fabrics, especially the high-temperature water bubble fastness (or boiling water bubble fastness).

3. The color of the same batch of fabrics treated with fixing agents is consistent with that of fabrics that have not been fixed.

5. Does not contain free formaldehyde or bound formaldehyde.
