On June 21st, the signing ceremony for the Nanjing University Tianyuan Chemical Talent Internship Base was held at the Jiangsu Provincial Convention Center. Tang Jing, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, Xu Man, Standing Committee Member of the County Party Committee and Minister of Organization, Dai Yong, Standing Committee Member of the County Party Committee, and Dai Cuifang, Deputy County Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered speeches together. Jia Xudong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Nanjing University, and Wang Chenghui, Secretary of the Tianyuan Chemical Party Branch, signed the school enterprise cooperation agreement on site in the presence of the county party committee and leaders.

     Nanjing University has been cooperating with our company for a long time. As early as 2013, Shuang Convenience established the Nanjing University Graduate Workstation, which has provided many excellent professional and technical talents for Tianyuan Chemical. We have also collaborated on multiple provincial and municipal cooperation projects, and have formed a deep understanding of cooperation over the years. In this context, Tianyuan Chemical and Nanjing University have collaborated to establish a graduate internship base, further leveraging their respective advantages in talent introduction and training. Both parties adhere to the development principles of "mutual benefit, common development, sincere cooperation, and practical results", taking this cooperation as a good opportunity to establish a long-term stable cooperative relationship, fully integrate their respective resource advantages, deepen communication levels, expand communication channels, actively build cooperation mechanisms, and continuously expand practical and employment platforms for current graduates.

     According to the school enterprise cooperation agreement, Tianyuan Chemical and the School of Chemistry at Nanjing University will cooperate to establish a talent internship base. The internship base provides internship and social practice opportunities for outstanding graduates of Nanjing University, and designates experienced professionals to provide business guidance to interns. Nanjing University can organize its students to conduct social surveys, theoretical research, graduation internships, entrepreneurship education, volunteer services and other social practice activities at our company. Both parties will also establish a regular contact system to jointly study, implement, and promote cooperation in related research topics, brand building, information services, talent cultivation, and other areas.

At the same time as the conference, there was also the "2017 Sheyang (Nanjing) 'Double Recruitment and Double Introduction' Promotion and Explanation Conference", where Han Zhenguo, member of the Party Committee, Minister of Propaganda, and Minister of United Front Work of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, Li Aimin, Vice Dean of the School of Environment at Nanjing University, and Professor Chen Xi from the School of Life Sciences at Nanjing University respectively exchanged speeches. The attendees watched the Sheyang promotional video together.
