5. There are no issues such as sticking rollers, floating oil, or emulsion breaking during use;

6. It can be used in combination with cationic and nonionic softeners to significantly improve the overall performance of the softener.

Suggested chemical ratio is 1:3-1:10, and the emulsification ratio can also be adjusted according to actual needs.

Formula: TY-938: 100kg; Emulsifier XL70:25 kg; Acetic acid: 3 kilograms; Water: 200-900 kilograms;

Process flow: add TY-938, XL70 and glacial acetic acid in the stirring kettle, start the high-speed disperser, slowly add the first 200kg of water while stirring at a high speed, and then add the remaining water after the emulsion first goes through the paste, then gradually thins back to transparent lotion, and then mix for 5-10 minutes, which can be filtered, packaged and used.

Emulsify according to a ratio of 1:9

Immersion method: TY-938 diluted solution 3-5% (o.w. f)

Dip rolling method: TY-938 dilute solution 30-50 g/L

Packaged in 120kg or 200kg plastic drums, stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse for 12 months, and protected from freezing in winter.
