| Emulsification Method: | 48 kilograms of TY-975C crude oil, 2.4 kilograms of emulsifier, 1 kilogram of glacial acetic acid, 48.6 kilograms of water, totaling 100 kilograms. (Emulsifiers can be selected from the isomeric polyoxyethylene ether series such as XL50, XL70). In the emulsification process, the silicone oil, glacial acetic acid and emulsifier are mixed evenly, quickly stirred and slowly added with water to prepare TY-975C lotion with 50% effective content, and then diluted with water according to the required concentration. |
