Non Foaming High-temperature Leveling Agent TY-126W
Product Introduction:

With the increasing requirements for polyester dyeing, the performance of the required leveling agent also needs to be changed. TY-126W has the advantages of low foaming, strong transfer effect, good slow dyeing effect, and low color fading.

Technical Indicators:

Appearance: Light yellow thick liquid

Ionic: Negative/Non ionic

P H value: 7.0-8.0 (1% water-soluble)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Performance Advantages:

1. Excellent high-temperature dispersion stability to prevent dye aggregation during the dyeing process;

2. Strong transfer ability ensures the requirements for dye transfer throughout the entire dyeing process and improves uniformity;

3. Low color fading and good staining reproducibility;

4. Convenient chemical processing and direct cold water chemical processing;

5. Low foam.

Usage:

Used for high-temperature dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, which can be carried out according to conventional processes.

Dosage: 0.5-1g/L, bath ratio: 1:10

Dyeing temperature: 125-130 ℃, holding time: 30-60mins

Packaging And Storage:

50kg and 120kg plastic drums are sealed for storage, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
