Application Performance:

●Used for fixing treatment of nylon dyed with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, it can achieve excellent wet fastness that general fixing agents cannot achieve, especially for ultrafine nylon and its blended elastic fabrics with spandex, with little impact on color light.

●Has excellent stability against acid, has no effect on dyeing color and light fastness, and does not affect the texture of the fabric.

● Improve the competitive dyeing of wool/nylon blended fabrics. Wool and nylon fibers have different affinities for dyes. By pre treating with this product at 50-60 ℃ for 20 minutes, their affinities can be adjusted appropriately to achieve uniform color.

● Improve the uniformity of nylon/cellulose fiber blended fabrics by pre treating them with this product at 50-60 ℃ for 20 minutes, which can prevent nylon components from being directly stained by dyes and correspondingly improve fastness.

●Used for post-treatment of nylon printing with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, it can prevent white background contamination during washing after printing.

Usage:

●Thoroughly rinse the dyed fabric, as residual cationic or non-ionic leveling agents can affect the effectiveness of the fixing agent.

●Prepare a fixing bath at room temperature, add 1% -2% (fabric weight) fixing agent, heat to 70 ℃ -80 ℃, the fixing temperature should not exceed 80 ℃, keep warm for 20-25 minutes, rinse, and dry.

●Excellent acid resistance, can be mixed with glacial acetic acid without precipitation.
