1. Chemical method: (The water required for the chemical is tap water, avoid using river water, etc.)

Chemize the material at about 1:6, put half of the water first, then start the mixer, pour the concentrated TY-881 into the chemical kettle while mixing, mix for 5 minutes, then add the other half of the water, mix for 5 minutes, get the white lotion, stop mixing, filter and discharge the material.

2. This product is suitable for fabric finishing and can be processed using conventional techniques. The immersion rolling process can be carried out at room temperature with one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling, with a dilution ratio of 1:6 and a dosage of 20-50g/L. The thickened fabric can be adjusted according to the requirements. The conventional dosage of dilution solution in a 1:6 ratio for impregnation process is 3-6% (o.w. f), with room temperature impregnation for 20 minutes, dehydration, and drying.
