Scope of application:

Suitable for impregnation and finishing processes of natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, and other synthetic fibers.

Lotion preparation: it is recommended that the proportion of chemicals should be 1:20, and the preparation concentration can also be adjusted according to actual needs.

Preparation method: First, add two-thirds of cold water according to the proportion, then slowly add the film to the cold water and stir for 5-10 minutes. Heat it to 60-70 ℃ while stirring, keep it warm and stir for 60 minutes, and then add the remaining one-third of cold water. Continue stirring and cool down to around 40 ℃, filter and set aside.

Recommended process and dosage

Immersion process:

Lotion dosage: 2-8% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 25-40 ℃

Time: 15-30 minutes

Dip rolling process: lotion dosage: 20-50g/L, dip rolling at room temperature, drying.
