Chemical method: (The water required for the chemical is tap water, avoid using river water, etc.)

Chemize the material at about 1:6, put half of the water first, then start the mixer, pour the concentrated TY-981 into the chemical kettle while mixing, mix for 5 minutes, then add the other half of the water, mix for 5 minutes, get transparent lotion, stop mixing, filter the material out.

This product is suitable for fabric finishing and can be processed using conventional techniques. Immersion rolling process: At room temperature, it can be immersed in one roll or immersed in two rolls, with a dilution ratio of 1:6 and a dosage of 20-50g/L. Thickened fabrics can be adjusted according to requirements. Immersion process: Dilute the solution in a 1:6 ratio with a conventional dosage of 3-6% (o.w. f), immerse at room temperature for 20 minutes, dehydrate, and dry. Please adjust the specific process according to the sample provided by the user.

Packaging and Storage

50kg or 120kg plastic drum, stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, with a storage period of six months, and should be protected from freezing in winter.
