Journey to Yunnan - Record of Advanced Employees Traveling to Yunnan in 2010

Release time:2011-03-22

From March 18 to 22, 2011, the company organized a group of 27 people led by "2010 exemplary individual" to visit Yunnan. The tour group has visited many scenic spots such as Dali Old City, Yulong Snow Mountain, Stone Forest, etc; I felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Yunnan everywhere, fully enjoying the leisure of the cool breeze, blue sea and sky, and being calm in the embrace of nature, which promoted cultural exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. All employees will take exemplary soldiers as role models, with high spirits and full enthusiasm, to make new and greater contributions to the future of Tianyuan.

It seems that in the blink of an eye, it has been a month since our trip to Yunnan. I have always hoped to pick up my pen and record this travelogue as a trace left by myself at a specific stage. However, when I first came back, for some reason, I didn't have the interest to pick up my pen no matter what. I felt that I had gained a lot along the way, but I had a feeling of being at a loss when I reached the computer. I thought I was too lazy, so I never started writing. In fact, it is a lack of external things that touch one's own perception. If you force yourself to write, you probably won't be able to produce anything. Tonight, on a peaceful and tranquil night, I opened my computer and flipped through the photos I had left in Yunnan, which triggered my urge to pick up my pen. It warms and calms my heart, making my memories particularly clear, as if those scenes happened just yesterday. Thank you to all the colleagues who took photos for us and left us with beautiful memories, as well as the leaders who arranged our trips for us.

First, briefly describe our travel itinerary: Dali Old City, Chongsheng Temple, Three Towers - Lijiang (Sifang Street, Yulong Snow Mountain, Impression Lijiang, visit Yushuizhai) - Chuxiong (visit the Stone Forest, enjoy the colorful Yunnan tea art) - Kunming (visit the flower market)

Cangshan is still covered in snow, while Erhai Lake has already welcomed the breath of spring. In March, you can visit Dali Old City to show the charm of the ancient city between Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. I got up early and took the bus to Dali. It was already noon when I arrived at the ancient city. Walking on the streets of foreigners, I felt the unique liveliness of this ancient city: Japanese restaurants, French leisure book bars, Korean handmade shops, and Taiwanese jewelry stores People from different regions and nationalities are willing to settle down in Dali. They also wear tie dye scarves and tie dye dresses, speaking fluent Chinese. Because of them, the shopping space for tourists is getting bigger and bigger. Dali not only embraces the cultures of various countries, but also decorates itself.

After finishing lunch, in the warm spring breeze, we knocked on the door of the "Dali Chongsheng Temple", which is known as the "South Central Giant Temple", in order to appreciate its former royal temple charm. Entering Chongsheng Temple, we cannot help but be impressed by its magnificent, solemn and beautiful layout. To appreciate Chongsheng Temple, one must savor its profound historical and cultural heritage. Chongsheng Temple was a royal temple and political and religious center during the ancient states of Nanzhao and Dali. In history, nine kings of Dali Kingdom became monks here. In Jin Yong's martial arts masterpiece "The Legend of the Condor Heroes", the "Tianlong Temple" where the Duan royal family became monks is now known as Chongsheng Temple.

The day we went was a sunny day, gazing at the picturesque Cang'er Lake and the endless stream of tourists rushing into Chongsheng Temple. Listening to different dialects from all over the world, we couldn't help but feel sincere pride and honor for Chongsheng Temple and Dali. Chongsheng Temple is attracting more and more people from all over the world with a more beautiful appearance!

I once read a saying: When traveling, one doesn't care about the scenery, but about the mood. This is the truth. Going to Lijiang is like dreaming, not only the scenery along the way, but also the leisurely atmosphere. That simple smile, that chance encounter... made me realize that there is another kind of happy life in life.

Ruiyun lingers and auspicious aura envelops, birds sing in the blue sky and white clouds, cattle and sheep wander in the green grass and red flowers, people leisurely by the ancient bridge and flowing water, the sunshine shines on the rings of life, and the snow capped mountains and streams wash away the dust of the soul. There, there is only listening, only perception, only gazing at the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, the tender expression, and the deep attachment. When all of these are added together, this is Lijiang.

Many people who have been to the Old Town of Lijiang say that this is just the case. Indeed, the commercialization of development has caused Lijiang to lose its original rustic charm. The streets are filled with shops and restaurants, and the crowds of tourists make those who originally wanted to seek tranquility feel lost. On the way back, I kept thinking about what attracted millions of tourists to Lijiang, whether it was just the natural scenery or their packaging operations. The land of China is rich in resources, with beautiful mountains and landscapes spread across the four seas. What can leave more memories may be a certain existence that can touch the heart more deeply. The Naxi people in Lijiang are hardworking, brave, and hospitable. Their persistence in marriage and respect for their elders are what we, who are busy pursuing modern urban life, lack. Due to the absence, one yearns for and thus attracts.

Yulong Snowmountain. The tour guide told us that the best time to see snow capped mountains is in April, when azaleas bloom and the mountains are covered in red and green. The weather is also cold, and the snow is white. The weather was not good on the day we went, and due to time constraints, we were unable to climb the mountain. We only looked at a corner from a distance, leaving behind a great regret. However, we could already feel its magnificent beauty. The fresh air that came over us carried the clarity of the snow capped mountains and the fragrance of the soil, and the refreshing feeling was a reflection of this moment.

In everyone's heart, there is a pure land that treasures the most fundamental goodness of life. In everyone's soul, there is a force that inspires life to constantly explore new territories. This is what this period of time has brought me.

As the trip was coming to an end, we arrived at Shilin. After a long bumpy ride in the car, we had become somewhat numb. Listening to the tour guide telling us about the Yi people, ancient culture, and the love between Ashima and Ahei Ge, we slightly eased the exhaustion of the journey. The car drove all the way, and we arrived at our destination half asleep and half awake, squinting our eyes. Getting off the car, I found that the sky was not bright, with thick clouds that were somewhat gray, filling my head. The sky was still a faint blue, but not the intoxicating color. And the scorching sun is unbearable. Spicy and piercing on the face. Stepping up the stone, several Yi girls gathered in the shade to rest, dressed in their own ethnic colors, as if one or two girls were holding embroidery in their hands. Very beautiful, very beautiful nation. The tour guide introduced to us that this place was formed by crustal changes hundreds of millions of years ago, where the ocean became land and the land also became the ocean. And the stone forest is exposed from the ocean and has been eroded and weathered by the sun and moon. Following the tour bus through the stone forest instantly gave me a hallucination. Turning a corner, as if lost in the stone forest, I became a fish without an exit, focused on admiring the plants and stones here. Grass grows from inside the stones, standing upright towards the direction of the sun. The cloud floated beside it, and on a huge stone wall, there was only a small green grass as small as a fingertip, or just a leaf of the grass. Upon closer inspection, it was found that it was as big as a palm, and the green branches were as thick as branches. The surrounding stones cannot conceal its strength, and you cannot even feel the loneliness or desolation that appears because there is only one plant on the entire rock. I just feel resilient and tenacious, like life itself. The ancients said, 'It's better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books.'. Visiting famous scenic spots and historical sites can allow us to see various relics left by ancient people on this land, understand the profoundness of our Chinese culture, and learn more knowledge; Going to natural scenic areas allows one to directly face the strange landscapes of nature, cultivate one's emotions, and broaden one's horizons; Going to a bustling metropolis can witness the fashion, prosperity, and diversity of the world. The journey may be tiring, but I still believe it was an unforgettable journey. The world is not lacking in beauty, but in the eyes that discover beauty. Have you discovered it?

At the end of this article, we attach a group photo of ourselves in Dali to commemorate our wonderful time. I hope everyone can remember this period and make it a beautiful imprint in our lives.
