1. Production equipment and facilities containing hazardous chemicals must have complete sun protection and cooling measures. The spray cooling system must be strictly implemented to ensure the proper operation of the spray device. At the same time, inspections should be strengthened, and any abnormal situations should be dealt with immediately. Hot work is strictly prohibited during high temperature seasons, and illegal operations are strictly prohibited.

3. Strengthen the safety inspection of lightning protection and anti-static devices according to regulations, formulate and implement lightning protection measures, avoid dangerous chemicals from being struck by lightning and ensure the safety of workers. Maintain and upkeep various production equipment and safety facilities, improve the integrity of fire-fighting equipment, and ensure the reliability of safety equipment hardware.

4. For products that are flammable, corrosive, toxic, etc. in case of moisture, the rain proof and ground water ingress proof conditions of the warehouse shall be checked to ensure that the warehouse will not leak and ground water ingress will not occur in case of rainstorm, so as to prevent the warehouse from being flooded and soaked.

5. We need to strengthen the monitoring of products, implement specific monitoring measures, develop emergency response plans in case of accidents, and conduct drills to effectively improve emergency response capabilities.

6. Create a good working and resting environment for employees, organize production in accordance with the law and in a reasonable manner, strictly control overtime and working hours, configure and improve heatstroke prevention and cooling facilities and equipment in workplaces, rest rooms and other places, continuously improve the working environment, and prevent accidents caused by excessive fatigue of workers.

Persist in investigating and rectifying at the same time, and promptly rectify any hidden dangers discovered during the investigation; For those that are difficult to manage at the moment, effective measures should be taken, with dedicated personnel responsible for rectification within a specified period of time, and accident hazards should be eliminated in a timely manner.
